We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us. This includes:

  • Contact form submissions — your name, phone number, business type, and message.
  • WhatsApp messages — messages you send to our WhatsApp number (+91 98114 46304).
  • Phone calls — your number when you call us directly.
  • Project information — business details, logo files, images, or content you share with us during a project.

We do not collect:

  • Payment card details (we use UPI and bank transfer — processed outside this website).
  • Sensitive personal data (Aadhaar numbers, PAN, financial data, health information).
  • Data from minors under 18 years of age.

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry or quote request.
  • Deliver the website or digital service you have commissioned.

When you click "WhatsApp Us" on this website, you are redirected to WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.). Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. Brand Snap does not control WhatsApp's data practices.

Any messages you send us via WhatsApp are stored only within the WhatsApp application and are used solely to respond to your enquiry and deliver your project.

Project-related files and communications are stored on personal devices and WhatsApp belonging to Brand Snap team members. We take reasonable precautions to secure this data, including device-level password protection.

We retain your contact information and project files for up to 2 years after project completion, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 9).
